The challenge facing many companies is how to make the
best use of investments they make in IT. The best (many say only) way of achieving this is to architect the system so that
it is capable of maximum use and future change is thought about initially to enable this to happen without it being a major
effort. There are two frameworks for mapping systems in this way - TOGAF and Zachmann - and FPCS can and does use both.
Right first time and agile future state are watchwords behind all technical design from FPCS. You can also be confident
in our ability to understand any existing architecture you have and be able to work with that.
